Starbucks Scoring Game Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern this competition. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. Please keep a copy for your records.

How to participate in the game

• Participation in the game will start on 11 November 2022 and end 17 December 2022.
• The goal of the game is to try score as many points as possible in 60 seconds. When the 60 seconds are finished you can either play again to try get a higher score, or if you have a high score you are happy with you can submit your score by entering in your email address and upload a photo of your Starbucks Cup.
• You can continue play the game again when you make another purchase at a Starbucks store or order delivery.
• If you have the Starbucks Rewards application which is available in KSA, Kuwait and UAE please use the same email address linked with your Starbucks rewards account as should you be a winner your prize will be in the form of ‘Stars’.
• Each week the users with the top 5 scores will win prizes (stated below) or Stars in their Starbucks Rewards application. The top scores will be selected at midnight every Sunday, after which the leaderboard will be reset to 0 and a new leaderboard will start Tuesday 9 A.M UAE time. Winners will be contact Tuesday by end of day.
• If you are just visiting UAE, KSA and Kuwait and you have selected the ‘Tourist’ checkbox your prize will be as per the below.

Prizes for participants in:

Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco.

(Tourists will also be eligible for the same prizes).

*The drinks have to be on 1 order and cannot be redeemed on separate occations.

How prizes are received

• The winners will be contacted via email by Starbucks to inform them of the prize they have won and also confirm which store they would like to collect the prize from.
• Should the winner not respond within 72 hours in order to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in the prize being void and an alternative winner will be selected.
• The winner must accept all parts of the prize; the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there are no cash alternatives.
• To redeem the prize in store, the winner must bring at least one form of identification (passport, civil ID, etc).

Prizes for participants in:

KSA, UAE and Kuwait

*The drinks have to be on 1 order and cannot be redeemed on separate occations.

• The winners will be contacted via email by Starbucks to inform them of the prize they have won and also confirm which store they would like to collect the prize from.
• Should the winner not respond within 72 hours in order to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in the prize being void and an alternative winner will be selected.
• The winner must accept all parts of the prize; the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there are no cash alternatives.
• To redeem the prize in store, the winner must bring at least one form of identification (passport, civil ID, etc).

How prizes are received (Starbucks Rewards Stars)

• The winners will be contacted via email by Starbucks to inform them of the prize they have won. The Star will reflect in their account in 7-10 working days.
• Should the email address not be found with in the Starbucks Rewards user data base the customer will not receive the Stars.

Who is eligible to win prizes?

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and not employees of Starbucks Middle East or Alshaya, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with this competition.

OTHERS

• Starbucks MENA assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
• The personal data submitted as part of the entry process will only be used to contact winners and once the competition ends all entry data will be deleted.  
• In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this competition, Starbucks MENA reserve the right to terminate this competition, amend these terms & conditions, or disqualify any entrant.
